Mr. Patel's Adventures: To the Movies!
(Disclaimer: All the characters in this story are purely coincidental and any
resemblance to persons dead or dying is completely fictional.)
One day, Mr. Patel wanted to watch "Ghost" at the cinema theaters. Unfortunately, his car stalled and the
gas station was really broken. Being a determined and resourceful person, Mr. Patel promptly
hijacked his neighbor's airplane. The foolish neighbor had been lax
and the aircraft's oil change was past due, so the aircraft crashed in the
desert. Fortunately for Mr. Patel, someone else had also lost his way. Mr. Patel did not hesitate to steal his
companion's water-bottle and make a run for it. Next, he had to
climb the many mountains blocking his path. Numerous adventures lay ahead as Mr.
Patel passed under falling rocks and over
sheer cliffs (such calamities as would put Frodo and Sindbad to
shame). The doughty Mr. Patel eventually emerged triumphant on
top. Lo and behold, on the lee side of the mountain, a brand new Chevy
awaited him! Mr. Patel celebrated with several pints of beer, but it was too late for him to
realize the dangers of drunken driving. Poor Mr. Patel's
soul floated out.
